type of headers

whats the best type of headers to get? i've seen ceramic coated and steel. also what would be a good price?

Prospeed, Hytech, Mugen, SMSP... Expect to shell out dough in the vicinity of one grand for a good header. 4-1 always makes the most horsepower, but 4-2-1 (which the stock one is) provides more even power throughout the power band.
