Turbonetics modifies Garrett turbochargers. Greddy uses MHI, but there is no reason to go to them for a stock turbocharger.

A TD04-19T is usually enough and it is also the largest compressor fitted the TD04 series as I know of. There are limits on how large a compressor you can fit on a certain turbine, and the turbine on the TD04 turbocharger isn't that large.
