Average Miles

What is the average life of a Saturn SL1. I just bought one for $300.00 and it has about 105,000 miles on it. Just wondering if I took care of it by doing the normail maintence on it how long should it last?
Just an average would be good i know there is not a specfic time limit for all cars are different and conditions vary.
Thanks for the Help

Re: Average Miles

just keep good service, and check the oil, if the last owner didn't, beware of sounds from the timing chain. there are a few with 400K+ miles

Re: Average Miles

WoW thats pretty good.
At about how many miles should the timing chain be changed?
Hell maybe I should just change it to be on the safe side?
How hard are they to change?
Thanks

Re: Average Miles

as long as its not nosiey (more so when cold), and the oil life is good, you shouldn't worry, its not fun to change.
