94 4.6 radio not working

Ok, this is my friends car and last night we were workin on it, trying to replace the neutral safety switch. We got that replaced and then we noticed that his radio and clock were not workin. So, blown fuse, right?? Nope he just told me that he checked the fuses again and none of them are blown. Anyone know what might be wrong??

well we when out and worked on it again, we checked all the fuses, again and found that the hazards, radio, and brake lights dont work, cruze dont shut off, it does not go out of park(when the car is on), and the clock still dont work. the only thing we can think of is that some of the wiring has been destroyed.

please help getting very frustrated!!!!
