Re: mobile one oil change
If you go to your local auto store they will get you the right size filter. I always go fram, never had a problem with them. I'm pretty sure it takes about 4 quarts. Put in for then run the motor for like 5 mins. Check the oil level and fill as needed. I use 10W-30 in my 92 cutlass supreme with 146 thousand miles, but I use quakerstate high milage.

Re: mobile one oil change
It is likely that it was 10w-30 (green top, i think) it is what i use. Filter is your choice if you want to spend money you can get a mobil1 filter.. I use pureone filters

Re: mobile one oil change
Yes, when tested Frams did very poorly. The only filters worth a damn for our cars are Mitsu and Pure1. A local NEDSM member used to test filters for a living, so we have some inside info
I ckecked my inline turbo filter with 10 miles on the new motor, and there was NOTHING inside it. I give credit to the Pure1 filter (I used to break in motors on fram filters since they are cheap and you change them often at first, bad move).

i guess im kind of pic happy after i bought a new olympus digi cam yesterday. pic of filter:

Re: mobile one oil change
Thanks a lot, that study helped a lot. I'm out of the dark on oil filters now.

I heard fram had a problem with collapsing. I don't know for sure.
