Unhappy mod a 1999 SE or get a 2k2 max?

as u guys know.....i'll be getting a 2k2~2k3 max, but that's next year.....and after i went to the nissan dealer....they said for sure the 2003 max will be made in Tenesse.....and that the quality might not be good as Japan made cuz, concidering that price range, and that nissan wont set as much standards as it is made in Tenesse......so i was just wondering if it'll be better to just get a supercharger and do a manuel swap....??.....yah.....mom said she'll take care of the bling bling...
.... ....yah cuz u kno....there wont br n e 2k2 left next year...!
....so, what should i do.....i heard rumers that the 2k3 max will be FR and V-8 powered....

As Nissan likes to share platforms with its Infinity line, I think it's more likely that the new Max will be similar to the upcoming Infinity G35.

... which still ain't bad, same RWD platform as the new Z, 3.5 L VQ engine, etc.

'bout time they took the Max back to its roots and gave it RWD.

I say get the 2k2 Max or wait for the 2k4 in Dec. of "03" - (MotorTrend March 2002) The 2k2 is one heck of a car. A guy at work told me he'd by mine in "03" TODAY. I'm really glad I take great care of it, it sold itself
