Sunroof creation?

Hey guys, I drive the 90 CRX in my sig. My sunroof was, and still is rusty, when I bought it, so I was gonna replace it, but, what would be involved in making a new one myself as all the old seals work well still. (yes, its rusted, but its NEVER leaked etc on me) and I dont want anohter metal one. So like fibreglass etc??? Any tips or sites to look at?

If you don't want it to rusting i would recommend using aluminum. It would be the most durable and rust shouldn't be a problem. You'll probably run into a lot of problems making it out of fiberglass.

Re: Sunroof creation?

Why? The best "plugs" are fibreglass. Dont worry, got a guy here who said If I can be btohered making him a template he'll C/F it for me.
