Question tie rod help

any of you mechanics ever have trouble getting the outer tie rods off the inner tierod. this isnt a geo problem but i thought somebody might have experienced this.. working on a friends 94 ford tempo pos it wont budge tried wd-40 tried heating it up tried a Pipe wrench tomorrow im gonna try pipe wrnch with heat and maybe a longer end wrench or some kind of breaker bar

Bar, when there are problems taking out a bolt, you can heat it up to fire red and then cool it down just with water. The bolt gets easy to extract (and need to be replaced afterwards because it lost its temple). I do not understand exactly what is a outer/inner tie rod because my english is not that good, but maybe this procedure would work for you.

pretty much what i ended up doing .. didnt need to get it quite that hot but got it hot enuf to break it loose with a pipe wrench and a 22mm wrench all is good now
