02 Windstar Keyless Entry Parking Lights Not Flashing

Hey... searched back through six-months of threads with no luck... perhaps someone can help though.

My Windstar's parking lights used to flash once when the keyless entry (Keyfob) button was pressed to lock or unlock the vehicle. If the button was pressed again the lights would flash and horn would sound as well. Now only the horn sounds when it should - no lights flash. The interior lights turn on when they are supposed tol. If the Panic button is pressed the parking lights flash and the horn sounds repeatedly as expected. Parking lights work normally otherwise.

Any clues?
