Need NX 1600 advice

I'm looking into buying a '92 NX 1600. The ad doens't give much info other than number of cylinders, etc. (stuff I already know). I've been trying to find out some stuff about this model, but I can't find much. It is a 1.6 litre, right? What's the difference between a 1600 and a 2000? Is the 1600 quick? Does anyone have any stock specs for this or any of the nx 1600 or nx 2000 years?

they mad the orth american spec, nx 1600 and 2000 from 91-93, they made it longer in europe, but its called a nx 100. the nx 1600 has a GA16de, as aposed to the nx 2000 which has an sr20det, a bigger better engine. other than that theres not mutch between the two different. some stuff like, yours might not have T-tops which come stock on 2000, and power things might not be available in that version. but other wise there is not big diferences that i know of.

nx 2000 has lsd and 4 wheel abs disk brakes, and it comes with the sr20de not sr20det
the det is over 200 hp with a stock t25 turbo and only comes from japan.

i have a 2k and my little brother has a 1600 mines way faster, mine has a better looking stock body kit, and tee tops. although the 1600 is pretty quick just not near as quick as the 2k. they came stock with 116hp the 2k came with about 150 more or less. but i like his little 1600, its alright.
