94 burb engine swap

Information requested. Want to swap a 1999 350 into my 94 suburban k2500. Would like to take advantage of the fuel injection system instead of the throttle injection. My understanding is that the 95 and up 350's are more quiet. What is required to do this swap. Being both 350's, the engine mount location should be the same? What is in store for the electronics? What about the torque converter? Any other tips? Thanks in advance!
