Front Wiper Motor

The Wipers quit on my 2000 M, I suppose I need to replace it. Does anyone know where the Wiper motor is located?

wiper motor is located on the passenger side under the hood, kinda above the alternator.

Now that I've found where the motor is located, I can hear the motor triggering and trying to rotate the arms, but it looks like the arms may have misaligned? I'm not even sure how they are suppose to be set.
