Buying a Eagle talon anything i should know

Im buying a 1991 Eagle talon The owner of the car says it has a turbo engine in there without the turbo. (due to the fact he has found a few sensors that wernt on his last engine. He bought a crate engine from japan. Hes given me tha paper work to prove it). So im wondering how hard would it be to put a turbo on it if the guy is actually telling me the truth. What modifications would be needed to the frame, oil pan, intake system and also where to mount the intercooler if it is possible to mount it in the normal front position or would it need to be mounted somewhere else. Is there anything on the block or head such as serial numbers that could shed some light on the subject?

its got the 2.0L in the car and this will be my first car with a actual computer in it controlling shit
(my last cars have been a 72 mustang and a 76 celica) So is there anything i should be aware of.

It's not that hard to turbo it i have the manifold sitting right here nicz choice of car by the way Lil advice a trip to The Home Depot will work wonders on ur car rember its a DSM pick up stuff for it where ever u thats what being a DSMer is all about
