Projector Headlights
I just bought a 1996 Lexus ES 300 and the projector headlights don't look the best. Where can I buy a pair and how much do they usually cost? Are they easy to install?

The following links are pics to my headlights. As you can see, the top of the headlights are very hazy looking. Is there a way I could get that cleaned up? If so, how? Please help me on this.
