Exclamation help with head unit

okay so mayb this question was already asked in the past but i can't find the answer so i'm gonna ask again. Which car audio system brand and version is the best or that you recommend? I have a budget of $100-200 and one with a mp3 is highly perferred along with a bass/loudness boost.
also what's the difference between a pioneer deh-p4600mp and a pioneer deh-p5600mp?
