New radio for car
Hi i jus got a new radio from a friend, it was in his dodge van it is a radio/casette/cd player and he also has a cd changer. I would like to take these and put them into my car. Is it possible and what do i need in order to do this. I have a 99 Sunfire GT. Anybody have a guid eor something that could help me. I'm new at this.

OK....for starters, you will probably need a mounting kit and a face for the radio, cuz we all know, different radios have different brackets and the like...for the wiring, I went to the site for the maker of the radio I installed..., they usually have all the wiring schematics and manuals online for easy download, and if youre not sure how to change the radio, why not leave it to someone who knows and bring it to a shop...
just a suggestion..that's all... good luck with it....

ooohh ya....totally forgot 'bout that....Thankies Robbie....
my ex changed the deck, and re-installed the stock one when he left.... but now I wanna put a new one in... so how do i byass it or whatever do i gotta do? maybe more input on this thread will help got any ideas? i'm sure it would help all who wanna do this in the future... |

I'm not too sure, I have a 98 so I don't have the theft in my deck.
