remote keless entry 93 sho

Can't program a new transmitter. Locks cycle closed open confirming programming mode when I jump the terminals in the connector located near receiver in left rear 1/4 panel. Tried new batteries and a second transmitter. What/how should be checked next?

Thanx

The module in the Taurus/Sable has eight or so frequencies available. You have to get the remote and the receiver on the same frequency. Check out superhighoutput.com, tauruscarclub.com, or shoforum.com for more detail.
