F20b or h22a

ok...at a local engine shop hes got a 93 h22a w/lsd for 2300usd and also a 1999 f20b (accord SIR 197hp, 145tq Blue valve cover) for 2500. Which one should i get?? The f20b is brand new probably 10k miles or less, but then again less tq/hp no lsd.
