There is a FWD SR20DET in the Japanese Altima (I think) called the Bluebird. You can find one of these engines for around $2000 and they are 200+hp from the factory. I've seen a SR in a 5g hatch somewhere, but I dont remember where. Have fun trying to pass smog though.

Nissan Pulsar SSS' got the SR20, but not the DET varient in FWD configuration. I have a feeling that the new ones use it too. But... I have a strong feeling that Honda engines face the opposite direction to other FWD engines - you'd have a heap of customising to do. I haven't looked under the bonnet of a Nissan recently so I'm only recollecting though.

seems like more trouble than its worth. with the time and money you spend making it fit, you could have a more powerful honda engine installed. and yes the nissan ebgine site on the opposite side of the engine bay from the honda

Someone's been watching TF&TF again
You would need to fully engineer the thing, wiring would suck, you would need the matching box, custom mounts, half shafts, shift linkages etc etc etc etc etc. not exactly an off the shelf conversion, nor cheap and with less money you could drop a B18 with turbo in there and go harder!:bandit:

i dont think it's worth the time/money. You would be way better off getting a 170HP GSR motor for $2000 and only another 30HP and you are around or equal to the SR20 motor.
