BMW 3.18i model sign removal and some more

Hi,
i am new to this forum, hellloooo

I am planning to remove the model number (sign) on my 3.18i. Do you guys have any hints, anything that could help me.

I also wanted to know if it was a good idea to remove the CAT on my car, and replace it with a straight pipe, or just get a new CAT.

Another thing my 3.18 is like sucking all the oil from the engine, i have to fill it up every 1500-2000 miles, right on time when i need to change the oil, but instead of that i just fill it up and replace the filter. The weird thing about this is that there is no blue smoke from exhaust at all. Where the hell goes all the oil.
I just got this car recently and would like to tune it a little bit, rims, maybe a body kit or something, but I dont know if this is a good idea.

btw, this car has 120,000 miles 1995 3.18i
