Back Seatbelt

I have a 99 Jetta and the seatbelt in the middle back is jammed for some reason. Does anyone know how I could get that out?

Katie, you can unbolt the back seat, and then remove the belt completely. Wait is it the retractor, the slide style, or did you just lose it?

I am not sure, The belt is all there it is just jammed, I will find out how to unbolt it and take a look at it.
