Will my new Rotas fit??

I jsut got Rota c8's in 16x7. Will these fit on my 1990 Teg? Wut size tires shoudl I get?

get 205/45 tires, and assuming they're the right offset (42 I think) and 4x100 bolt pattern, they'll fit.
