2004 V. 2005

Is there a difference between the 2004 model Matrix and the 2005? If so what are they? I think they changes the looks a little bit but I am not sure.

I have a 2005 matrix and the only difference i can see is the grill design and the location of the fog lights.... everything else looks the same.
