Back lights don't work.Help please

Hi i'm a having a problem with my parking & back lights.
I've checked the bulbs & the fuses they are ok.What
else could be the problem.My dash ,turning signals & headlights
All work.Could someone please help me.

Arrrg, do you have accesss to a volt meter? I can walk you through from there.
