Don't know if this is your same problem, but sometimes the hood on my 92GSR won't open when I pull on the hood lever. So, I have to pull the lever, lodge a piece of something to keep the lever in "open" and then go up to hood and pull it up. It only gets stuck once in a while.

If you want to actually fix the problem, then I don't know... sorry.

Re: 95 Integra - hood won't pop up

you can ttry taking off the driver side tire and there is a rubber sheet that covers the whole wheel in the inside and then you see a line near the corner and that's the cable to open the hood just pull on that...

Thumbs up

Thanks guys.
I managed to open it with some help from my buddy. He pushed a few times on a hood while I pulled the lever. The hood latch was stuck (too much dirt). I cleaned it up and now it works great.
Thank you for all your help again.
