1994 ES300 High mounted stop light

How do I get to this light? I need to replace the bulb but there appears to be no way to get to this light.

I replaced the bulbs on my 95. I do not know if it is exactly the same. Sit on the back seat facing the rear, grab the whole assembly and pull towards you. I used a screw driver to pry it off. It is held in place by some clips. I was warned about brealing the clips. Mine did not break.
