fluid leak

Hi, I just bought an 02 sentra SE-R from a dealership.
Last night after driving home from work I noticed that water or some type of clear fluid was dripping from under my car.
It is dripping from about the middle of the car closer to the driver side about 5 inches behind the front tires.
I took a look under the hood and saw that all of my fluids were at the right levels and it seemed to look all clean under there.
So I get under the car some just to see where the leak is coming from.
I couldnt see where it was coming from so I felt around and could feel this rubber hose that seemed to just end pointing down to the ground. I felt around the area where the hose was to see if it needed to hook into another hose or something. It didnt seem to have anywhere to hook into. The hose didnt have any slack and didnt seem to have much ability to bend into another hose.
Is this hose meant to leak excess water from something?
The leak doesnt seem to affect the cars performance in anyway.
Another oddity is that on my way home from work I stopped at the store. After shopping I got in my car and I noticed a portion of my windshield was fogged up at the base of the widnshield near the defrosting vents.

I recon both of the problems are related being they happened the same day... But Im no mechanic.

sounds like you had the AC on....the AC condenser sucks humidity out of the air thus a leak of water will form under the car. as for the fogges window, that also sounds like AC....just left on while the car was sitting. if you didnt have the AC on then i'm clueless but the leaking is normal when the AC is on
