Re: Turbos
why would you sell your type r. you cant move forward if you take a step back. im not sayin the gsr isnt good allready, im sayin that your at a good star all ready.maybe greddy or turbonetics t3/t4 turbo.get a full kit and dont run more than 6 psi.you should be atmost 210 whp.if tuned prop.

Re: Turbos
if you want your turbo to be more efficiant you will drop the compresstion down to like 9:1, the gs-r allready has a lower compression than the type-r, so i say sell the type-R you'll end up with more hp in the long run, i also suggest iron cylender sleeves they resist more heat

Re: Turbos
Get a used LS Integra with a 5-Speed trans. Swap in a light flywheel, and race clutch. Drop the engine in. Install a cylinder brace, block girdle and quality head gasket. Then slap on a Drag turbo kit and be done with it.
Should the LS engine go, you can pick another up cheap and swap the turbo on it.

Re: Turbos
2 good kits are the f-max (turbonetics) and rev hard kits.
