Oil Change on a 93 ES300

I don't own this car so I don't know much about them. How much oil do they take and what kind oil? It's a relatively high milage car, so I'm thinking of giving it synthetic. Should I use 10 or 5w30?

My question still stands and now I have one more.
Are there any write ups on changing the atf and filter on these cars?
