Price around $17,500 -- assuming good/very good condition, how does this deal stack up?

Very low miles, price seems good. The absolute lowest I've seen 1997+ 540i's is at about $12,000, but this is with ~100K or higher miles. $17,500 is probably Blue Book for one with "average" miles, i.e. 84K-105K miles, so this a good deal.
