99 Envoy Odometer Flickering...
I have a 99 Envoy/Jimmy and the odometer flickers on and off. It still registers every mile I drive but sometimes it just isn't there to see it. I tried trading it off and they said untill I get it fixed they wouldn't take it that way. Anyone had this problem before?
