Well the fitment shouldn't be that much of an issue. I doubt it's a bolt-on. You'd probably have to go to a muffler shop and it attach.

The HP claims are a different matter. Probably went to the Stillen school of HP measurement. Actually I'll bet you could easily get 8-12hp on an I30.
