Electrical drain

I have a 98 Caravan with the 3.0 V6 and the battery will go dead after its parked for a couple days. The battery reads 12.75 volts. Engine running 13.65 volts and when I remove the postive terminal and read between post and terminal I get 9.65 (To much!) I have pulled all fuses (In the engine compartment fuse box and under the dash and it still reads 9.65 volts. I disconected the alternator and it still read 9.65 volts. Any ideas where I'm loosing curent! Dome and interior lights check out ok? Help!!!
