window rollers, door handles, & alarm

Hi folks - New 96 RS owner, and need some help with 4 problems that came with the car:

1) The roller on the lower left window bracket (left is from looking at inside of driver's door) has broken off the bracket (still in the guide) ... anyone ever chnaged out one of these brackets, know where I can find instructions, or fixed one of these rollers?

2) The drivers door outside handle keeps comng disconnected from the interior door push rod that flips the latch ... can't see inside well enough to guess if its a broken attachment piece or a lousy repair by me - anyone seen anythingl ike this before

3) The factory alarm system won't unlock the doors or relese the trunk, and goes off everytime I lock the doors using the FOB. I have tried all the reset procedures (OBTW - the door locks seem stiff when I cycle them by hand from teh inside, or use the key from the outside ... passenger door only - see item 2 above ... GRIN)

4) Can't get the cruise control to work. Have checked all fuses, and am getting ready to tear into the sensor at the transmission ... any ideas vefore I get that far?

Treied to find mention of the above problems in the forum before I asked - hope I didn't miss an earlier post!
