Odd power window problem

Has anyone had a problem with the power windows on a 96 Caravan. The pass side will go down and up some just once. Then it stops for a few mins. Then as long as it sits for a few mins it will move again, but only up and down once and it quits again. ( I dont know if it will go the whole way down and back up, as I have only moved it a little bit as I dont want it to become stuck all the way down.)
