Hey Everyone I Am New Here. Does Anyone Know Where The Ignition Module Is Located In A 98 Contour Se With A 2 Liter Engine?

There is no ignition module. The PCM reads the signal from the crank sensor and triggers the coil pack.

I'll check the shop manual today. The coil pack bolts to the back side of the head. If you can post a pic of the part, I can have a better idea of where it goes.

Checked the shop manual. PCM receives signal from crank sensor & sends ignition pulses to coil pack.

I went and looked at your photos. I don't recognize it as anything that goes to a Contort ignition system. You might want to take it back to the store and have them reference the part# to see what it goes to. Sorry I can't be of any more help.

More likely it's the crank sensor, coil pack, or wiring between components. The only way to know for sure is to check for input and output signals using a labscope.
