240SX Exhaust

We just started our shop named Corner3 Garage located in Lake Forest CA. Our technician here named Steve Jun is a Nissan master technician for 15 years & has extensive knowlege in performance technology, engine performance technology and race car development.

We are intersted in 240SX owner w/ SR20DET motor swaps who would like their car to be used as our prototype. After we get enough information from what you need, we can produce & install the exhaust for you & all you would have to pay is price for material & our logo on your car.

We need to know the following information about what you are interested in:

1) Any mufflers you're interested in that are currently out in the market & why?
2) What muffler design, piping design, piping diameter, piping material, kind of steel, look, price ranges are you looking for? Please add any other information you would like.

Our Goal: Basically we're trying to produce an exhaust system to your custom needs that look & performs well but for less money out of you pocket.

man that sounds reallly cool, to bad i live all the way accross the US...

*edit* also, i'm not sure there are as many sr20det's in CA as in some other places because of the really strict emission standards that cali has but i dunno... good luck though.

4" stainless steel single-piece catback. if you can make it for under $400/shipped you'll get lots of buyers. our only alternative is the apex gt spec which is $600/shipped. and it must be tweaked out, otherwise no one would buy them.

Why SR20 & 4" stainless

Regarding doing SR20 only .... we're trying to concentrate on the more performance enhanced vehicles but actually we don't mind working on KA24's also. If your interested, let us know.

As for the 4" stainless steel single piece catback, how much power are you thinking of producing? ... because even most high power SR20 don't need exhaust piping that size... that's seems a little too extreme & if you are planning to use for the street, it isn't recommended ... the exhaust would be really loud and most likely will not produce any addition power. You would also have too much exhaust flowing out. Thanks for the response.

exhausts can never get too big

spoolup time is improved, and there IS a demand for it. my exhaust isn't loud at all and is 95mm piping.

also make 4" turbo out lets and downpipes... there's a demand and you can't find them in the u.s.
