2002 RSX Questions

I'm planning on getting a 2002 RSX, gonna be trading in my accord. I just had a few questions on the RSX for current RSX owners. How's the performance on the Type S? How is the bose system on the type S? For those who lowered they rsx w/ REGULAR Springs, how is the ride? is the ride bouncy like on the new civics?

questions

I'll let ya know in November when I get mine.. heheheh... Right when I buy my Type-S I'm get'n the Wings West body kit, Skunk2 Coilovers, Eibach Camber Kit, Tanabe Racing Medallion Exhaust, High Flow Cat, Greddy 1 Pc Headers, AEM CAI, and either Type-R Cams or Neuspeed Sport Clutch, not sure which one yet.. So my ride should be pretty damn hooked up... I'll send pics in November.. heheh

till november

ya I know, don't remind me.. ugh.. it seems so far away!!! but I can't afford it till then.. I'm only 24 and have a wife and 2 kids to pay for (they're expensive!) so I have to save up some down payment dough. ya know?? I'm not rich here.. Wish I was tho.. anyways.. if you don't have your rsx by then. I'll let ya know how mine is! hahah..

peace,

I don't have one but my friend has one. I have plenty of experience behind the wheel as well. The car is quiet in my mind. Very far approach from the Type R I used to drive. Performance is decent but tire definitely needs to be upgrades as #1 priority. Bose sound system is terrible in my mind. There is absolutely no bass on that car. Even my S2000 has more bass than Type S. My friend lowered his car with H&R but I am still waiting to see how well he does when the track opens up. Anyways I wouldn't recommand dropping the car because not many Honda tuner know McPherson Strut that well.
