Just dilute some vinegar in a spray bottle and clean them with newspaper.

theres some stuff called windex, but it comes in a spray can. and when u put it on your window its like foam, then get newspaper and clean it off with that and it looks like u got no window. no joke it leaves it really clean. i think it repells dust to.

Ok this is the best thing ever its really hard work but it will be perfect. Get some super fine steel wool you may think wtf steel wool wont that scratch it. NO!! get super fine or whatever and then you just remove it with the steel wool takes off all water marks everything makes your glass look like new its hella work like just to do the windshield it may take you like 3 hours but when your done it wll look really good.
