Service Engine Soon and now rough running when cold only

This is from a prior post that I could equate to but with additional problems..... "While going the speed limit (approx. 65 mph), the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light will come on. Most of the time, but not all, when the light comes on, the car has a hesitation problem when you put on the gas. No other time is there hesitation. Now, sometimes, if you drop to about 55, it will go off....but this doesn't work all the time."

I have had the same problem on a recent road trip of about 200 miles with the cruise set. As soon as I turned off the cruise and slowed the car down to 55 or so it went out. After that road trip the car was easy to start but has a major hesitation until it has been run about 10 minutes and warms up. The MAJOR hesitation problems have occured in town since we don"t want to go out of town with it again until the problem is solved but the hesistation goes away after a few miles of in town driving. It has a newer fuel pump on it, a clean fuel filter, no vacuum leaks, injectors have been cleaned by a ASE certified shop but it still has the problem of major hesitation when first started. The ASE shop that found the vacuum leak also cleaned the injectors today and we were told to bring it home and drive it. From what I can tell thus far we are going to have the same problems in the morning with it. This same shop told me when we first took it in after the road trip when the Service Engine Soon light came on that no trouble codes showed up at all. I was under the impression that as soon as the light came on the computer stored a code. Can this be a TPS or MAF sensor problem? Does it just need a tune up (the shop should have been able to answer that one after it was on the Sun equipment)? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
