Question NX bottle warmer question

I am going to buy a NX bottle warmer for my zex kit in my prelude. I was just wondering if I get a D4 or a D-6. I didn't think bottle warmers had a difference but those are the two options when i go to buy it.

Also I'm running a maximizer kit so I have 2 bottles in my trunk. If i were to get 2 bottle warmers would the pressure sensor that the NX warmer works on still work properly? Thanks.

Re: NX bottle warmer question

D4 and D6 means the fitting sizes on the lines. D4 is what you want to get because that is what NX and Zex uses for their street applications. D6 is used for race that have larger specialty fittings. I have the NX kit and the heater and it does work well. The only deal is that you must keep the bottle open at all times because it turns on/off automatically according to internal bottle pressure. I actually prefer the ZEX heater because it does not require the bottle to be open to regulate pressure. Basically you waste less nitrous with the ZEX kit because you only open the bottles when you need to use it. In my expereince during the winter months, there is nothing worse than getting the bottle up to pressure with the NX heater and then purging the extra nitrous out of the lines because no one wanted to race. I mean you have 10 feet of line running through your car full of nitrous and if you just keep the bottle open just to regulate the pressure it is wasteful. ZEX may not be as accurate as the NX heater but it works to get you in the proper range.
