How do u take off the dashboard in a 97 RS?

Im painting my whole inteior white and red..and i want to know how to disconnect my dashboard without messing everything up..please let me know..thanks!

I think this is 1 of the reasons jake didnt want to stay a mod. Too many ppl dont know how to use the search button.
