I've searched and still can't find a walkthrough for the rear disc conversion. I'm pretty sure I can figure out what to do as far as bolting on is concerned. I need some guidance with installing the master cylinder, proportioning valve, brake lines and (if needed) bleeding the brakes. If it's in an old post, sorry I couldn't find it.

There's a couple good ones around, I have them saved on my favorites back home, but I am far away from here now.
It's pretty a straight forward remove and replace, and yes you need to bleed them when you are done because you have to open the lines. And be sure to get it aligned when you're done.
