Question 1998 Tercel w/ a blown engine

I'm thinking of buying a 98 tercel for a very low price, the only thing wrong is the engine is blown and a new engine is needed. My problem is I dont know where I would find a reasonably priced engine for it. I live in Seattle and something i could pick up would be ideal. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please post.

Wel, Seattle is a fairly large city, so I have a feeling that junk yards aren't to difficult to locate.
Each city usually has plenty of places that will order an engine for you. mostly it all boils down to money. How much would the car be, and how is the rest of it, suspension, interior, tranny...etc

The car it's self is 200 dollars and they say the body and everything else is in good condition. I havnt taken a look at it yet my self. How much do you think a engine at a junk yard would cost, or do you think I should just order one.
