help new problem need help with front shocks

i just got the kyb gr2 and put them together and used the stock springs and wint to go put them on and there a inch to long. is there some order you have to put shocks in? i put the lower control back in before i try'd the shock any ideas?

new stuff is at the end

i was puting a full poly kit on the car and i got the rear on now. but my spring tool is to big or soemthing and win i try to put the springs on the new shocks it wont let the middle dast groud get in there is the front shocks dif from the back to put together? im triyng to do teh front now i got the rear all dun

hum, are the shocks too long/springs too short for it to be tight, or are the shocks too short to go though the top hat and tighten back down?

unbolt your control arm from the shock tower and let it drop, put the shock up through the shock tower and bolt in on but not all the way tight, place bottom of the shock in the cup, use a small floor jack to push the shock into the cup. Bolt the control arm back up and tighten everything.

im working on the front shocks and i was wanting to know i had a shop put them together but the mounts are in the wrong places is there some how to line them up with out have to take them back to the shop and have them redun? im trying to turn the top mount but it wont turn
