Brake line replacement

Hey all,

Have a 94 Cavalier with some really rusted brake/fuel lines.

Looking to just rip them out as a set and hopefully replace all 5 lines at once with a pre-fab oem line set. Was at local auto part store today looking for them and they kinda gave me the funny face look and said they were not available. I really dont want to get into the hassle of piecing together all the lines as I have no patience at all and was wondering if somehow somewhere online or wherever I could obtain a pre-fab set that is 1 piece and pre bent with the flared fittings on the ends.

Stretching for help, if you have any idea that would be great, part #'s or whatever else would help me more than you know!

Re: Brake line replacement

Im sure somebody has OEM lines that you could get. Try Google, or hit up your local junkyard, you might be able to pull a nice set.

Ha Ha..... no patients...I'd try junk yard first, but if you don't have the patients for doing that.... have fun with bleeding the brakes...

No patience....those words are like a big size 13 stuck right in my mouth.

Well I ended up getting the complete lines from local GM dealer (they ordered them in for me) but my simple swap of parts was not so simple. Had to take off the control arm and rear exhaust pipe to fit in the new lines.

Well, it was worth it and I am glad I did it.....now about bleeding those lines....
