95-97 vs 98-99 Suspension differences

From what I've read suspension changes were made to the 98 aurora to "improve" the ride.

How was the ride "improved" , smoother ride, better handeling?

Does any one know what those changes were? (different shocks/struts? springs? swaybar? ).
