tradin in the hatch for a rex

well i found a nice rex shell (way better than my hatch) so i'm gonna toss the LS in there

took about four hours to pull the front suspension from both cars and pull my LS motor.. hopefully i'll get some time next weekend to finish it up

You should paint your valve cover black...that's just my opinion though.

Re: tradin in the hatch for a rex

maybe you can't see the hatch that well in the pics, she's pretty rusty, the rex is a lot less rusty and has an interior... it has carpet... carpet is nice.

Re: tradin in the hatch for a rex

also the rex shell came with koni blues and ground controls and a rear disc swap, also it has beautiful shiny dash and no cracks, interior is near perfect cept the drivers seat is a bit worn, car had a gsr engine in it and the hasport shit linkage was left in it

all for 400 that aint bad, so now instead of having 1000 into my LS swapped hatch i have 1400 into an LS swapped rex turbo coming this winter, i got a nearly brand new 14b dsm and she'll run 8lbs til the cows come home

Re: tradin in the hatch for a rex

the Rex is lighter from what i hear from people ???? and surely if you throw in a B18 wouldnt this upset the "weight distribution"

Re: tradin in the hatch for a rex

CRX's are better than hatches IMO.. They look better, they handle better and the interior set-up is also alot nicer IMO so good choice... I have a 91 SI and I love it and I wouldnt trade a hatch for it ever
