Olympiad disappointment...
Well if some of you are unaware, the team USA lost to Puerto Rico today in the first round of the olympic men's basketball. Well this is the first time that team USA loses a match since NBA players were allowd to play.
The loss comes to no surprise for me seeing as how they managed to lose 3 exhibition games and how they barely had any time to practice together. The only surprise was when and to whom they lost. No one thought that Puerto Rico can claim this victory of the USA in the first round. Goes to show that anybody is game for the Gold in basketball come olympics.

And the US lost the table tennis to NZ, too.
And you had Chinese playing for you, so you should have won! Mind you, we did too

gawd i couldnt bear to watch that game...they had like 10% 3 point....at least US beat australia in beach volleyball...BOO YAH!

im not sure on the gold medal count, but i know US is in the lead with total medals.

yea USA basketball sucked... looked like Iverson was trying to be a hot shot and take spectacular 3's... and not passing a lot

yeah, our bb team sucked
 and right now, it's USA and Australia tied w/ 8 medals, and china with 7. but china has 5 golds to australia's 4 and the us's one.

I haven't bothered with the Olympics, even with them in my timezone. They are a waste of time.
