1999 corolla suspension drop, help!

I just installed KYB struts and B&G coils, when ordered i was told it would give me a 1.6" drop.The issue i'm having is that my back end is low enough that if i have 2 adults in the back my tires rub (205/45r16 toyo proxes4) and the front is jacked up as if it was original grrr.

The front coils needed to be compressed to the max when installed but the back did not need any compression at all.

Anyone know what might be the issue or is it simply a fact of the wrong coils sent to me?

Any help would be appreciated.
